Return exact Assets mapped to Quote objects (or None when absent).

Schwab batches up to 50 symbols per request, including selected option contracts. Other providers retain their existing get_quote behavior; no batching speed is promised without a native adapter. Option assets honor the configured option_source just like get_quote. A native batch failure raises instead of silently triggering serial retries. Snapshot freshness and trading decisions remain the strategy’s responsibility.
